LETTERS The Colac Cancer Group's garden party was a very successful day raising $1850 clear to sent to the Cancer Council of Victoria for cancer research. Lady of the Day judged by Trish McCraw was Joan Williamson. The competition winner was Fran Brown. Don Holland's band was excellent, with the singers Leonie Bowen and Sheree Newcombe most entertaining. The fashion parade was enjoyed by all. The models Jan Shaw, June Lang, Liz Platt, Jill O'Dowd, Lilly Garner and Savannah Jenkin, modeled the clothes very well and the compere Jenny Gatens did a great job. A big thank you to everyone who contributed to this wonderful day, and especially to the people who attended even though the weather was less than perfect.
